Employment Programme
The creative process and art are proven and effective complementary therapy that helps participants to benefit from increased self-esteem, confidence and general wellbeing.
We offer a programme of workshops, work-based learning, and apprenticeships to support disadvantaged and vulnerable adults to prepare them for employment.
Our programme is designed in particular for individuals experiencing behavioural and health problems.
Participants have the opportunity to be creative, express themselves and learn new skills in a supportive and fun environment. They learn how to give their feedback and opinions to others in a respectful and constructive way, and how to work as part of a team in order to create something beautiful. It also gives participants first-hand experience of working within a business, with an insight as to how they can use their new skills to gain employment in the future.
